DNC is underway and Bill Clinton still oozes resentment

Hillary Clinton is waiting to take the stage for her big speech at the DNC tonight. Yet at this late hour, TheHill.com is reporting that Bill Clinton, speaking at the International Leaders Forum in Denver today, said:

Suppose for example you’re a voter. And you’ve got Candidate X and Candidate Y. Candidate X agrees with you on everything, but you don’t think that person can deliver on anything. Candidate Y disagrees with you on half the issues, but you believe that on the other half, the candidate will be able to deliver. For whom would you vote?

Then he added:

This has nothing to do with what’s going on now.

Uh huh, right. Not a damn thing.

The Obama campaign is giving this man the podium tomorrow night? I wouldn’t trust the Clintons any farther than I could throw them. And I still don’t understand why they are being given such a huge part in this convention. It’s supposed to be about Obama, not the Clintons. I don’t think for a moment the Clintons care about anything but their own ambitions.

... and that's my two cents
