WTF?
That was my reaction when I first saw this photo. The shinguard was a clue, however, so I went looking for an explanation at World Cup sites. Turns out the guy on top is Juan Angel Napout, president of the Paraguayan Football Association, and the guy on the bottom is Paraguayan player Nelson Ahedo Valdez. The team had just qualified for the round of 16.
Okay, move along. Nothing weird happening here after all.
