I feel bad for the American ladies who lost, but I’m glad that the Japanese people finally have something to celebrate in a year that must seem to them filled with only bad news.
Yep, it was very emotional. I was so happy for the Japanese and so sad for the Americans — all at the same time.
I was watching Twitter for all the news on my Kindle and when I saw the American ladies lost, my heart sank but then felt happy a minute later for the Japanese. Both teams played their hearts out.
