KUSA in Denver reported today that anchor Kyle Dyer, who was bitten in the face by a dog several weeks ago, had a second surgery yesterday and her original stitches were removed. She has 20 new ones, all on the inside of her mouth, and can now talk and eat normally. The dog, Max, was released to his owner on Saturday and this week the station is running a 5-part series on understanding dog behavior.
Thanks for the update – was wondering. Sounds like something good may come out of all this with the dog series
I’ll bet they wrestled with the first segment. It was about how to greet a strange dog and what to do and not do. It was difficult to view it objectively and not think of it as criticsm, however unintentional, of what Dyer did.
