The Galena Fire west of Fort Collins, Colo., was reportedly 75% contained Sunday evening. The area burned is estimated to be 1,000 acres. Snow showers in the foothills today helped with containment, but firefighters remain concerned, with high winds forecast again for Monday.
So, maybe the finger crossing does help after all. Still keeping them crossed though…
Yep, keeping mine crossed at least through the summer, unless we have a couple of historically bad storms in the next six weeks or so.
