Hilarious and oh so true PT. I have Wide Open West, or WOW, as they like to be called. Which is funny, because that’s exactly what I mutter to myself every time I consider just how little I’m getting for the exorbitant price I’m paying. Well, at least they stopped bragging about their “superb” J. D. Powers ratings. Apparently someone called them on it… 😉
I really hate J.D. Powers ratings. I’m convinced they dream up (get paid for?) categories like “Cable Companies in Ohio Whose Names Start with W” so that everyone can brag about getting an award.
