Boulder flooding: An unexpected report

I’ve been browsing news sources for some late updates on the Colorado floods, rescues, clean-up, etc. Nothing really good to report. The rain continues. The rescues continue — although some 17 National Guard helicopters are grounded today because of the low ceiling and lousy visibility. Some reports now say 5 people dead, 1 missing and presumed dead, and more than 1,200 still unaccounted for. More than 1,000 still awaiting rescue in Larimer county alone. Colorado will be a long time recovering from all this.

In the middle of all the news, I came across this on The Denver Post website this afternoon:

Unexpectedly tweets from the Boulder, Colo., floodSo Colorado! So Boulder!

    1. My brother once encountered a mountain lion when he was out for a walk, but he lives on the far side of a mountain from the main part of Boulder. I’ve never heard of one being right in town.

... and that's my two cents
