Charlie Rose did a nice piece on Bob Simon last night, including many older clips. What a terrible loss, especially at a time when great journalism seems so rare…
I missed Charlie Rose’s piece but saw one Anderson Cooper did. Simon seemed to have been greatly admired and respected by everyone who knew him. I harbor no expectation of seeing any more journalists like him in the future.
