    1. Considering that evolution adapts for best survivability, I’d have to guess that any great divergence from the norm would mean less survivability. Even more so in flocks of birds, where they count on safety in numbers. You don’t want to be the conspicuous one. And certainly pale pink seems better suited for hot climates than black.
