Sounds reasonable; I think I need one of those too. I did set out the one rule in the beginning but I doubt anybody ever reads that, probably because it’s not identified as a comments policy, just a paragraph in the subtitle “Ramblings etc”.
I must admit that with the edit button I’ve done some cutting from comments made from a few readers in the past.
My policy has always been there but I think very few people have read it. It’s pretty simple, really. Just remind people to be considerate or be gone.
All the things on your front page leave me bewildered in their complexity. How you manage to even sign your name leaves me dumbfounded; but try as I might I cannot see anything that says ‘comments policy’
