They’re back. The Alaskan brown bears at Brooks Falls, Katmai National Park, Alaska. More accurately, the bear cam is live again. There’s a note that the bears appear mostly in July and August, but there was one there when I logged in. And the roar of the falls — divine. So relaxing. Instant escape into another world.
Previous posts about the bear cam:

Here’s the screenshot I grabbed on July 13, 2016:
So be patient. More bears will be coming. Meanwhile, there are a number of other live wildlife cams on the site: Eagles, walrus, osprey, falcons, puppies, and perhaps the cutest — pandas.
I couldn’t find the link to the web cam, I’m going for a butchers if I can find it 🙁
Line 2, “the bear cam is live.” Or https://explore.org/livecams/brown-bears/brown-bear-salmon-cam-brooks-falls Also linked the top photo to the live cam. I should have done that to begin with.
I’ve been trying for weeks to figure out how to make the link color more obvious when in appears in a block of text.
“going for a butchers”? Not familiar with that expression.
I’ve got the main site bookmarked now. Perfect for times I need to just relax. 😀
Of course, I ended up on the Kitten Cabana cam. Freakin’ adorable!
If it’s night in Alaska, it’s daylight on one of the other cams. Always something to watch. I saw some puppies. Will have to look for the kitties.
There was a tiger napping on one of the cams with his paw in the air. So adorable! 🐯
Oooh, tiggers are my favorite of all aminals!
Glad to have seen your blog mentioned at “Time Goes By” comments…I’ll be seeing you!
Hi there! Always nice to see a new face.
