My favorite webcams: Estes Park, Rocky Mountain NP, Denver, Boulder, Pikes Peak
These are my favorite Colorado webcams from Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, Nederland, Boulder, Denver, and Pikes Peak. They are my way of previewing the scenery, weather, traffic, or foliage if I’m planning a trip … or if I just want to revisit the places I love without leaving home.
Some of these cameras are live streaming and the others update at various intervals. All carry date/time stamps so you can see how recent the images are.
If you know of a great webcam in this area that I’ve missed, please let me know. Thanks!
ROCKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK (National Park Service webcams) (Links to cameras are in the captions.)
October 24, 2020: Fire officials cut off the power in much of western Estes Park as part of their efforts to defend against the advancing East Troublesome wildfire. As a result, some of these webcams are still offline.

WEBCAMS IN ESTES PARK (update intervals vary) (Links to cameras are in the captions.)
CDOT WEBCAMS NEAR ESTES AND SOUTH ALONG THE PEAK-TO-PEAK HIGHWAY (for more views click any camera icon on CDOT’s map; CDOT cameras are often offline) (Links to cameras are in the captions.)
SOUTH TO NEDERLAND, BOULDER, DENVER, AND PIKES PEAK (Links to cameras are in the captions.)
CAMERAS LOVED BUT LOST (These cameras are currently unavailable but may return in the future)
National Park Service (includes local roads inside park: call 970-586-1222 for recorded message)
Colorado Department of Transportation (best for current highway conditions; click its blue/white “i” for legend)
If you are approaching Estes Park from the south on Hwy 7 and are headed to the park, I strongly suggest you take Marys Lake Road (map) to avoid the congestion in downtown Estes.
