I haven’t seen any pics of Bowie for a long time, so I can’t really comment on that similarity. Maybe it’s because I’m not Canadian (was Bowie Canadian?).
The colour and style, makes me think this cat is related to, or utilizes the same hair dresser, as that person stuck behind the Resolute Desk

It was the hairstyle that got me. Along with the orange face. But now that you mention it, the pout and raised paw just add to it.

That’s what happens when people judge you for you looks. It’s no fun being ostracized for something you can’t change.
The hair looks a lot like Herr Twitler but the expression, not so much. Lacks that hyperactive look of hedonistic narcissism and hubris.
It was the hair that got me. That unnatural slab of blond hair on the back is just so … unnatural.
