I find our governor to be far more relevant than the president.
A relative of mine became angry at me this morning because I criticized Trump, basically saying I am unfairly biased. They then referred to an instance in which Sen. Schumer criticized Trump for banning travel to and from China, challenging me to “look it up.” I did so and it was false. (see link below). Somehow, Trump has succeeded in destroying otherwise intelligent people’s faith in journalism.

I get called out by my son sometimes, for the same reason. And recently, even my grandson. But I can’t repeat to them Trump’s long pathetic history which had me disliking him long before he ran for president. There are several fact-checking sites on the internet, but Trump supporters would probably call them “hoaxes.”
