Made me laugh– growing up, we had several big dogs who would step off the couch, but never with a full back stretch. And, nice cushy bed/pad there for him. No mere human comforts for this guy!
Yep he makes me laugh too. Or at least smile. Guy’s got to earn his keep! The furry pad was bought as much to protect the couch as anything. But the way he sheds nothing really helps much.
I doubt Charlie would admit to that. He’s quite content playing dog to feline roommate Rowdy (who has yet to demonstrate a yoga bedding dismount). Actually, since the attempted pose appears to be downward-facing dog, Rowdy probably wouldn’t be caught dead trying to do it. We do have our reputations to maintain and roles to play.
Methinks Charlie is a bit of a showoff. He knows you’re watching. LOL

Maybe Charlie is part cat? My two are quite skilled at the yoga bedding dismount that he showed off so well.
