Last night at approximately 8 pm Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) finished his record-breaking 25-hour speech on the floor of the US Senate. It was a courageous, long-overdue response to Donald Trump and the chaos he has been creating in Washington and the nation.

I’m amazed he was still walking and talking after it was over. It’s reassuring to know there’s at least one person in Congress willing to stand up and talk back. I’d happily vote for him for president if he run.
