My six-word memoir(s)

Heart on sleeve, head in clouds

Beyond the clouds lie sunlit skies

Shifted gears. Still stuck in Park

Writerchick tagged me with this six-word memoir meme, which was originated by bookbabie. I couldn’t resist a word challenge, but wore myself out trying to do this one, so I’m calling it quits with my most recent attempts shown above. The meme thing says you’re supposed to link to the person who tagged you, and to the person who started the meme. The last step is to tag five other people, but I’ll just settle for issuing an open invitation to anyone who stops by here and wants to try it.

  1. Hey 30,
It’s tough, isn’t it? You wouldn’t think something so simple would give you such nightmares. I liked all of yours, but the last one resonated with me personally. And it made me laugh too. I’ve been stuck in park a lot! Thanks for playing.

  2. Excellent collection of memoirs, mine changes on a daily basis! Thanks so much for playing the meme, I enjoyed your blog, is the seal on Obama’s podium for real?

Much as it pains me to admit it, yes, the seal is real — or was, for the one event. Mercifully they’ve decided not to use it anymore.

  3. Hey PT, this is great along with your colored tag picture above. You’ve been a busy girl :)

Thanks for sharing. I think I’m also stuck in park – good one!

Not so much busy as bored, I’m afraid. Yawwwn. Were you able to guess what the word cloud was?
