  1. Merry Christmas, Susan. Thanks for giving me another year of a slate to muse on and contact with other nice people, like yourself. I wish you happiness and good health in the coming year.

    1. And a very merry Christmas to you, too, Jim. It’s always such a pleasure to see you here and learn what you think about things. You’ve been a regular here since … I looked it up … 2011, and I really appreciate that. The snow, by the way, is especially for those of us who wouldn’t have any otherwise. We’re at 63° right now, and I see Joplin is 77°. Hardly a proper Christmas. Anyway, here’s to happiness and good health for both of us – Cheers!

  2. I’m doing my best not to be Scrooge and saying “B– ! H—–!”
    See ?
It’s difficult when you’re on your own. Even when Chic was here, we didn’t DO xmas; and now there’s genuinely no reason to.
But I do wish you a nice season, dear Colorado, because it has meaning for you.
    XO

    1. This Christmas not worth mentioning, I’m afraid. The daughter-in-law has covid, so there was no getting together. I don’t DO Christmas either. Haven’t for decades. But at least we could have had some snow. Nope. Warmest Christmas on record for Denver. 72°F

    1. We had a few flakes up in the mountains, but the ski resorts are hurting and its the lowest snowpack we’ve ever had at this time of year. So dry! Does not bode well for the coming summer, unless we get some really great storms in the mountains this winter. Chance of snow here Sunday, they say. I’ll believe it when I see it.

And a belated Merry Christmas to you!

Go ahead, you can say it ...
