I confess. I let yesterday slip by without mentioning 1973’s historic Roe v. Wade decision. For some reason I was thinking the anniversary date was today, despite yesterday being circled on my calendar. I even heard about the protest march in Washington and thought vaguely that it was probably a day early because Saturday worked better for most people.
So I’m getting old and inattentive. But I’m here now, just to state again for the record, I am unalterably, unshakeably, determinedly pro-choice when it comes to abortion. My reasons have been clearly stated many times.
Let me repeat: Pro-choice, not pro-abortion.
