  1. I don’t get it.
    e.g.
    One joule is equal to: 1 ×10^7 erg. One joule is also equivalent to one watt-second. How to calculate Joule:- Work = Mass * Gravity * Height and is measured in Joules. Example:- Imagine you find a 2 -Kg book on the floor and lift it 0.75 meters and put it on a table.

    • I know joules are a unit of energy but I know less than nothing about the math. (Math has always been my weakest subject.) I just know the graph shows a drastic increase in the last 20 years. Or a steady increase since 1940. Whichever floats your boat. It’s a trend we must reverse, or at least stop.
