Got my second Covid vaccination Saturday and practically skipped out of the hospital. But all I had to show for it was a Band-Aid and a little wallet-sized piece of paper. I’m very grateful, of course, but come on, people. Even my dog gets a nice tag!

Cute! A new bracelet charm
(Sadly if they did hand them out, some would immediately turn up in flea markets for sale – that’s already happening with “cards” )
Everyone will know you’ve had it by the big smug smile on your face! (Take care anyway)
So true. I’m having a terrible time keeping that smug smile off my face. Good thing I live alone because an unvaccinated roomie wouldn’t appreciate it. But don’t worry, I’ll be observing all the precautions well into the year, or as long as it takes.
I think I was almost more excited to get my “I got my Covid-19 vaccine” sticker than I was to get the shot! Now, just waiting for the second one 🙂
Aww, I didn’t get a sticker. 🙁 Unless you count that tiny one they stuck on my Covid card instead of writing the entry.
That’s hilarious! When I get mine, I think I’ll make myself a dog tag at those little “dog-tag” machines.
Oh, that’s a great idea! And wear it on a chain necklace. (I don’t do bracelets because they don’t play well with keyboards.) Trying to think where the nearest machine is … but I can order one online where I get dog ID tags.
