This morning I noticed that NBC was covering this tempest in a teapot, but CBS didn’t seem to be. Good to know what’s interesting at a time when war is waging, women and children are dying of famine and Russia is planning to put nukes in space.
Ah, but you see, Jim, this is critically important. Someone, a princess in this case, has altered a photo in strange ways — a photo the news media picked up from social media and ran as front page news! Then they had to retract it because it had been altered — a violation of journalistic standards. (Of course, if you pick up crap from social media, you’re bound to get your hands dirty at some point.) But hey, let’s make a big story of the alterations and hope nobody notices that we got the photo from social media instead of directly from reliable sources …
Oh, how cynical !! [grin]
What, me cynical? Never … well, maybe
hmmmm
I normally pay no attention to the royals, but I’m always curiuous about altered photos.
it seems so odd
Indeed
