No reason for this photo except I looked out, saw Charlie relaxing in the late afternoon sun, and I relaxed too, immediately and completely. Worth mentioning given the day (Saturday) had included Trump’s military parade, more than 5 million Americans marching in protest, Minnesota lawmakers being murdered in their home, and Israel starting a war with Iran. Just another day in paradise. And this lucky dog was oblivious.

I needed this. Just watched DJT issuing a stream-of-conscience blather on CNN. He is deciding whether or not to start a war with Iran while taking time to talk about flagpoles and demeaning Jerome Powell. Oh my.
The man has serious FOMO. When anything big is going on somewhere, he jumps in and acts like he’s been a major player all along and HE’s going to solve the problem one way or another. (Kinda like he was going to stop the Ukraine/Russia war … )
