Not to be missed is the Republican attack on a Democratic Senate candidate in Maine for things she said as a video game character. It seems Colleen Lachowicz plays World of Warcraft and has said some politically charged things. For example, speaking as her character, she said, “Now if you’ll excuse me, I may have to go and hunt down Grover Norquist and drown HIM in my bath tub.” Imprudent, mixing politics into your gaming, but attacking a political opponent for what she said as a video game character? Desperation. Next thing you know, they’ll be saying the game has made her violent. … shaking my head …
Yeah, she should know better than to mix the two together. But you’re right… so evil! Goes right along with the drop in unemployment being all a fix.
PT, what a thoroughly modern problem. Were I gaming and famous I might try to stay a little more anonymous than this! Imagine one’s leisure pursuits catching up with one in this way!
Anonymity is basic to these games. Otherwise we’d play ourselves and use our real names. And in my experience, those who introduce real-life politics or religion into their game chat are immediately scolded by other players. Shame on this woman for mixing the two worlds.

I love it when poloticians complain about things said in other politicains personal lives. This is because I hate pepole that express their political views over the internet. For Example Me, Oh Wait…
Yeah, me too. 😉
