Whee! Just grabbed this image from the webcam at the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park. That rain is the prettiest thing I’ve seen up that way for several days. Beats the heck out of the photos in my last post, even if it is only a screenshot. Other webcams in the area show rain and/or low-hanging gray clouds everywhere.
YEA! Checked this morning there were hopes of moisture – even snow – so great pix and news
I hope it poured up there all day, but probably not. As you know, it’s usually just quick showers.

I have difficulty imagining the kind of weather you experience. My mom used to say she raised “sunbelt babies,” and I think she was right. None of us has been happy for long in a climate that didn’t offer a lot of sunshine.
