In the last few days I have discovered/realized that for whatever reason, I’ve not been getting emails notifying me of new posts on blogs that I’d previously been following.
If you were posting in March and did not see me commenting as usual, please give me a heads up in the comments below and I’ll resubscribe.
I don’t know what I’ve been doing for the last month that caused me to not notice this until now. I apologize. I’ve resubscribed to three or four blogs, but don’t know how many more I might have missed.
Thanks.
NOTE: I finally came across a list of my blog subscriptions. It’s connected to the WP Reader site. Some of them were “paused” for whatever reason and I fixed those. Thanks for your help and patience!

Actually, I don’t like this post: it’s incredibly irritating for you to have to keep doing this, Colorado – especially since you’ve more than once sought help from Automattic staff. But I am not among those whom you’ve inadvertently ignored – not this time: merely taking the opportunity of saying “g’day !” to a dear friend. 🙂
Heh, maybe I’ll get around to ignoring you next time. 😉
HMPH !!! [grin]
so annoying, things l like this has happened to me over the years, and I am not tech savvy, so I did my best to get back on track, but hopeless with advice. I hope another of your readers has a good suggestion for a fix.
I couldn’t believe I’d missed a whole month of your posts, especially your retirement!
As of January 1, 2024, I took down two blogs: Morning Fog and Tin Lizard. It just seemed to take too much of my time, I decided to focus my efforts elsewhere. I do still receive and read your posts, but don’t often comment because I found comments often didn’t seem to appear.
Don’t know why your comments wouldn’t appear but I’ll be on the lookout. Sorry about that.
I seem to be getting them OK.
Figures. I think WP is just determined to pick on me for some reason. It couldn’t possibly be that I’m becoming old and inept …
It’s always something with WP
I need to double check, too…..inept? Not likely (It’s a plot!)
I’ve no idea why some of those subscription would be “paused.” I’d either want an active subscription or I wouldn’t and would cancel it — or would never subscribe in the first place.
