Max Page, the 7-year-old who charmed the world as little Darth Vader in Volkswagen’s famous Super Bowl commercial last year, is undergoing open heart surgery tomorrow to repair a congenital heart defect.
VW’s ad agency, Deutsch, helped raise funds for Max’s surgery on its blog, where it also posted a letter from Max’s mom. In it, she tells of Max’s reaction to hearing about the surgery. And there’s a line Max often uses when he speak to groups:
“Kids, if you use your FORCE and dream big, you can achieve anything. We may be small—but we’re mighty!”
You tell ’em, Max. May The Force be with you tomorrow and throughout your recovery.

Thanks for posting this – he was interviewed recently – a real cutie.
You tell Max.
We’re with you! (even RC insists on sending strong life force energy to you!)
I missed the interview. All I know is from pictures, and I think he’s adorable.
Here’s an interview from February 2011. He looks like a little Luke Skywalker with that haircut.
