Below my post titled “I stand with Ukraine,” I commented that I knew one person in Ukraine. I wrote him and asked if there was an address where we might write to him without jamming up his business email. He replied today and said we could write to him at

Again, his business’s name on Etsy is “hardwoodcase.” I’m sure my one purchase doesn’t mean that much to him, but it’s meaningful to me that it was crafted in Ukraine and is made in part from Ukrainian wood.

Just remember, even liberty has boundaries and without them chaos would be the rule of the day because there are those who would do whatever they wanted too in the name of “Freedom”! As I look at the eye painted by”MyDogSighs”, this is what I see.
We are seeing now what happens when the boundaries of liberty and decency are exceeded. That painting could be red, white, and blue instead of blue and yellow. But no one is weeping for the US; Trump is busy offending and alienating all our friends, and our enemies are delighting in the chaos.
