        1. I don’t know whether to scream or cry. Both the Kansas and Idaho bills interfere with the doctor-patient relationship and the doctor’s current legal, ethical, and moral obligation to treat a patient with respect and in strict confidence. The doctor-patient relationship involves only two people, the doctor and the patient. Hence the name. Legislators can practice medicine if and when they become MDs.
