No, not you-know-who’s Truth Social. The real, common sense, generally accepted truth. You know — the true truth. Or at least the truth as it’s known in my world. I love this man. He makes me laugh when I need to laugh. He cries with me when it’s time to cry. He identifies and disarms lies, hate, and ugliness with humor. He is astute, well informed, well educated, and speaks the truth that too often, it seems, no one else will.
Jon Stewart is back on Comedy Central’s “The Daily Show” every Monday night at midnight in my Mountain time zone. So I record it and watch the next morning. Also, it seems to be getting picked up by YouTube.
